Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we definitely ship worldwide!

How long will it take until I get my order?

Domestic orders usually take around 1-2 weeks to fulfill. Overseas orders may take up to 3 weeks. Please let us know if you have an URGENT order, we can expedite it for you.

Just wanted to let all of you know that Raf and I are still navigating this new phase in our lives of parenthood. Fulfilling your orders may take longer than usual (compared to before), so we hope you understand!

COVID-19 UPDATE

Please note that there may be potential unexpected delays with our couriers (Australia Post) due to COVID-19 and its border restrictions. Australia Post is under immense pressure due to the coronavirus pandemic and all mail (including Express Post) will be delayed by five business days or more. We're not able to see any more information than you can see on the Australia Post tracking site, so if you have a question about how long your parcel will take to arrive please contact Australia Post directly on 13 POST or visit the Australia Post website for more

Please note: we are not responsible for delays and packages which are lost once they are with the delivery service.

What is your return policy?

We always ensure that that the products we send are high quality and packaged well before it reaches our customers.

We do not accept any refunds or returns due to change of mind.

However, we will happily accept exchanges as long as the product is still in its original condition, proof of purchase can be supplied and it is lodged within two business days of receipt. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.

Do you make custom made veils or commissions?

We definitely do! We can bring your custom veils ideas to life! From chapel veils, first communion veils to wedding and bridal veils. Please contact us via email or our socials!

How can I help Magnificat Veils in spreading the message to other women?

We appreciate all the help that we can get in spreading the word, especially to other women. We are currently working on content that people can use to help share this business and its purpose to their respective local parishes. If you are interested, please email us.

Do you sell wholesale to stores and parishes?

Yes! Please contact us to gain access to wholesale pricing on this website.

How should I clean my veil?

Cold to warm hand-wash only. Do not wring. Do not soak or bleach. Dry flat in shade. Dry cleaning is preferable. Do not iron.

Do you make wedding veils?

Yes! We can custom make a one-of-a-kind wedding veil for you. Please contact us for a quote. Be sure to let me know the approximate measurements you are looking for.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We use Australia Post which allows us to offer low, flat-rate shipping rates. If you'd like us to use DHL or FEDEX, please contact us before ordering.

When should I wear my veil?

Wear your veil anytime you are in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament, whether present inside a Catholic church for Mass, adoration or simply praying.
