Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we definitely ship worldwide!
How long will it take until I get my order?
Domestic orders usually take around 5-7 business days.
Overseas orders may take up to 7-12 business days.

Please note: we are not responsible for delays and packages which are lost once they are with the delivery service.
What is your return policy?
We always ensure that that the products we send are high quality and packaged well before it reaches our customers.
We do not accept any refunds or returns due to change of mind.

However, we will happily accept exchanges as long as the product is still in its original condition, proof of purchase can be supplied and it is lodged within two business days of receipt. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.

Do you make wedding veils?
Yes! We can custom make a one-of-a-kind wedding veil for you. Please contact us for a quote. Be sure to let me know the approximate measurements you are looking for.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We use Australia Post which allows us to offer low, flat-rate shipping rates. If you'd like us to use DHL or FEDEX, please contact us before ordering.
